I really love the colors, especially the sharpness of the blue iris to the soft purple skin. The sparkly pink eye makeup is also really pretty, and I love how the upper eyelashes are feathers. it looks great.
To be honest I think the composition is perfect, I wouldn't change it. However, I might decrease the size of your watermark. Even though it's important to protect your art from being stolen, it takes away a little bit from the overall feel of the picture.
Great job, though. I notices that, though faded, even the eyebrow matches the upper eye lashes, which is a small detail that looks great.
