Aurora, goddess of the morning
Eos, the dawn, also known as Aurora
Eos (Greek Ἠώς, or Ἕως) is, in Greek mythology, the Titanic goddess of the dawn, who rose from her home at the edge of Oceanus, the Ocean that surrounds the world, to herald her brother Helios, the sun.
She is the daughter of Hyperion and Theia
and sister of Helios the sun and Selene the moon,
"who shine upon all that are on earth and upon the
deathless Gods who live in the wide heaven"
Usually depicted as a golden beautiful female with wings
Morning Dew also known as "aurora's tears" took that name because of her
some info about this painting:
i started making it an the beginning on summer but then had to stop because of various comissions and health issues. Now i found some time to finish it up!
Winds and dress kill me but i wanna practice more on cloth folds so it was a good chance..
Its made with Photoshop cs3 and wacom graphire A5
Any tips on anatomy/anything is very welcome!
